In efforts to provide the best possible quality service, and to respect the time of all my clients, you are limited to a 10-minute late grace period. The appointment will be canceled if you are unable to arrive on time. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 60 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Should you choose to book a future appointment, this 50% cancellation fee will be added on top of your desired service.
